Here you can access the set of codes that we have produced to adjust data on cohort‐specific smoking prevalence over the life‐course (estimated from retrospectively reported information) for differential mortality rates of smokers and non smokers. The codes apply the algorithm described in Christopoulou et al. (2011). Users are advised to read the documentation carefully before applying the codes.
